& acid-free backing, buffered to a pH neutral alkaline reserve of 3-5%.
Used by many of our commercial artist's to create the same ivory white appearance
of a conservation matte & bevel ... without the expense of cotton rag matboard.
Designed for ... photos, posters and decorative art ... open-end reproductions ... non-conservation picture framing and general arts n crafts projects. Mat openings are bevel-cut & available in many custom art and frame sizes.
Mat will overlap approx. 3/16" of the Image Size ~ artwork • photo • document... on all four sides.
