We do not require a minimum order.
However, since our products ... are custom made ... and most by human hand.
Orders totaling less than $10.00 ... will have an additional $5.00 processing fee added to the minimum shipping charge.
Example ... shipping charge $9.90 + $5.00 processing fee = $14.90 shipping total.

WHAT IS AN ADDRESS CORRECTION CHARGE ?
UPS will charge us ... an additional address correction fee ... after your item/s are delivered.
The UPS address correction charge for ground service is $8.00 per package and $10.00 per package for air shipments.
Please Note ... by placing an order with us ...
you agree to pay these charges, in the event an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted to us.

RETURN POLICY
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.
All returns must include a return authorization number.

please pack the item/s carefully using the original packing material
& mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

credit your credit card account & send you an email notification.
Refunds are as follows:
